Krieger M-110 Barrels

I see that Krieger is offering the M-110 rifle barrels for $350 bucks (unchambered) and an additional $100 to chamber. After that is there anything else that needs to be done to the barrel other than adding the gas block?

Either way I thought it was an interesting find.
