No.

You need to get magazines designed to work with your weapon.

Examples:

Armalite AR-10 - Utilizes modified M14 magazines

DPMS, Fulton Armory, Remington, Bushmaster, KAC utilize DPMS/KAC SR-25 pattern magazines

Rock River Arms LAR - Utilize FAL magazines

CMMG - Utilize G3 and FAL magazines

Of course this list is preliminary and fluid. Some of the less well known manufacturers produce weapons and lowers in more than one magazine standard.
