This one's (attached) out of an old range book I had on hand. The book is copyrighted in 1983 by Lynn Richter, but I'm pretty sure I first saw the chart in an Army training manual.  The diagrams at top center depict standard range flags at wind speeds up to 25 MPH.  The circular diagrams show the minutes of angle of correction needed with the wind coming from the direction the numbers in small print indicate. Bold print at 12 & 6 indicated the wind speed on that circle.
