DPMS GII HUNTER

Has anyone had a problem with the GII Hunter? got mine in May and shot it in June for the first time. First round and the cartridge would not eject, second round same thing. Had to force cartridge out. Sent it back to DPMS and it is still at the factory two months later. They are telling me that they are waiting on barrels and bolt.
