All parts except barrel and brake were used for approx 600rds with a 308 barrel then I installed the 243 barrel and shot 47rds thru it. Showed promise with the 85gr SGK and IMR 4064. There are two silver lines down the front of the handguard from using a benchrest mount, see pics. Total package $800 shipped to the CONUS excpt CA

DPMS LR308 slick side upper, has slight brass marks behind ejection port and slight wear on rail where rings were used. $70 shipped Sold Fulton Armory, criterion by kreiger NM 22" bull barrel. Barrel it threaded. 1-12 twist. Approx 300rds thru. $265 shipped $250 SPF

Would you consider seperating the stock for the buffer and spring? I already have them.

This is my shameless plug to get some more people so that I can get the barrel I ordered. I have a 5.56 barrel from Black Hole and is was .5 MOA after the first 3 shots!

So do I!!!!! It's a pretty sleazy way to force people to buy their rails. When is enough $$$ enough.

does anyone know when DPMS changed the specs on their low proflie upper? Is there a way I can measure mine to see what I have?

I wasw thinking things like swapping uppers and lowers mainly, I assume all lowers use the same internals (the same as the AR15) but I also was not sure about barrels and handguards, I know Armalite does not worh with stoner/dpms.

Has anyone started a list of all the manufactures? I know DPMS/remington, Fulton and SI (i think) Also Stoner with LMT. Just a thought!

I got a full length spring from Fulton Armory and it is much firmer than the origional DPMS spring.
