Yea, I don't push rods through. I put the rod through, feed a cleaning cloth into it and pull out.

I just use a brass rod with brushes and such. I keep an Otis on hand for field cleaning.

Shoot, hoping thats still the case when I get around to ordering a 5.56.

Standard DPMS LR308 with 24" stainless steel bull barrel. No optics/mounts. Only had about 80 rounds through it. Asking $1000. Would be easier to sell in state (Texas) but thats mostly because I dont know how to do an interstate transfer... Image is a stock photo from their website.
