  1. It's a new build pof lower and cmmg lpk with a cmmg upper I only have shot it 15 times since I got it put together what's the deal on running soaking wet do I just cover all working parts in oil
  2. OK i got the gun all together and went out to shoot some round through it at the end of the rounds in the mag. bolt catch doesn't catch i tried three times same thing over and over what causes this also if you put a empty mag in and pull the charge handle back it catches the bolt
  3. so how tight do i tighten the buffer tube down
  4. just think after you finish unloading it you can chuck it like a spear always been a big scatter gun fan ar's are all new to me hell i almost really screwed up my 308 lower
  5. that was my first project it has a 20inch custom cut vent rib barrel with the choke reinstall ,s&j 3shot ex.tube with a elite tactical full rail on it and troy night sights on it
  6. go to rem870.com for all the info you can stand and as far as ex.tube go's s&j hardware has the best ex.tube and followers on the market while your there pick up a bayonet lug for that puppy for super cool factor and check out mesa tactical to
  7. well i got it fixed what i done was got a #37 drill bit and drilled the threads out of the pin then cut the tab off of bolt catch and then cut through the bolt catch and cut the pin in half then it just fell out re tap hole out and install new bolt catch i guess being a furniture maker gives you super steady hands, next time i will run a bottom tap in all holes i assumed they would be tap out right and you know the old saying ASSUMING IS THE MOTHER OF ALL F##K UPS
