I just ordred a Adams Arms .308 small frame 3 weeks ago. Will fit on my DPMS Gen 2 lower. UPS says I should have it this Wednesday.....

I bought a Recon a month ago at Cabelas. Sure it wasn't the best price to be found. DPMS did offer a $50 rebate. Anyway, been shooting it every weekend since.

I think what DPMS has done here is fantastic. The G2 leapfrogs the 6.8 and 6.5 Grendel platforms. This is a .308 in a AR 15 package. Really quite an accomplishment.
