Got this I today for the rem build. -
Small update , installed the scope base. Was a breeze with the fat wrench. No need for bedding. From what I could see. I might throw the rings on there but I saw no point at this point.

Got this in the mail today kind of related to my rifle build. Needed this so I can torque the screws correctly. 31 dollars over at amazon

Is black hawk my only option for the stud to pictinny rail conversion on my own rem 700 stock? Thing is bulky looking and adds height. Anyone here have one? Any other options? Or should I just use my bags until I buy my chassis?

i was debatig between the mdt lss xl and the xlr element. . The elemwnt looks beefier and I can get a discount on it. I like that the mdt offers flat dark earth though. Do you have pictures of the mdt brother stain?
