The black bits really make the green pop. Nice balance and the color looks great on that platform.

Wow I need check in a lot more often Too built up. I shoot @ Target masters in garland . I have shot @ Frisco gun club, impressive but expensive.

I wonder if the ranges purposely leave out the details so you'll buy their ammo. Or is there a super secret no -newbe rules that i ain't heard off?

While I'm sure that the answer is range specific, I am wondering what do most ranges (especially those in NTX area) consider non-FMJ? Like A-Max, Soft Point Boat Tail, Hollow points etc. Brands?

I was scouring the web looking at onesy twosy comparisons of colors. There was one post (that i have promptly lost) of a bunch (like 6 or 8) paint swatches on two different plates comparing the FDE's, tans, and sands. I was just trying to point things out when I find them. I don't have a lot of faith in the Acrylic for staying power either. Do not get me wrong I love this gun. I made it. It had to have some parts on it damn the color match. Like the CAA pistol grip. Since I was able to shoot so much better on my Franken AR-15 with a the one I put on it, I wanted one for the 308AR.

Just joined a while ago and thought I'd stop bye and say hey. Live in Murphy (North and a might bit east of Dallas). Just finished my first scratch build 308. Been shooting @ TargetMasters in Garland. Love the place.

New build (my first from scratch)... Aero upper/ lower, Ares Ni-Bor Bolt and Effin A compensator, CAA pistol grip, Vltor Stock, My Nomex is pretty old but I'm sure it still works :)
