There may be an answer to this question before long, but in the meantime.. Has anyone any factual information IF a DPMS-pattern bolt/carrier will properly function in a S&W MP-10 upper receiver with a DPMS-pattern barrel/extension installed in it? I'm really-really curious about this one ???

For those who are not aware, there is a possible 'fix' for MP-10 barrel issues on the horizon http://smith-wessonforum.com/smith-wesson-m-p10-rifles/416029-fix-s-w-ar-10-barrels.html#post138372487. There are other proprietary complications for that platform noted elsewhere.

Aero Precision M4E1 upper receiver and rail

That whole AERO system (M4E1) 'grabbed' me from the get-go. I am making a point of using it when I build another -15. Wondering if they will come out with it for their M-5 format?
