Never saw that before.... Actually, I try to avoid the water and just focus on the track events. Occasionally we get a weekend that is very wet and if you want to go out on the track, you have to put up with the water.

I enjoy water sports and racing.

Greetings! I just joined the forum, wish that I had found this a while ago as there seems to be a lot of knowledge here. I am very familar with the 7.62, as I shot a M-14 in highpower matches many years ago. Also familar with the AR platform from 24 years in the military. I decided to put the two together and purchased a Sig 716 - the first AR platform that I've owned.

Shot the M-14 on a Miltary shooting team back in the 80s and 90s and always thought that the FN-FAL would be a cool rifle to own. I like the range of the 7.62. Never did buy a FN-FAL, but did eventually get a Sig 716.

I put together an AR 15 and used a CMC trigger for the build. The break was nice and crisp. How was the fit in the 716?

Love my 716 in FDE. I got it last summer. Walked into a LGS and saw it on the rack with an unbelievable price. Then got a $200 rebate from Sig. Was at the range yesterday and was shooting some good three shot groups at 100 yards. I do need to replace or fix the trigger - too much creep and grit.
