So, it looks like you have the TNARMSCO lower (it took forever for me to get) and the AP upper, which is the exact same setup I am building...yay us...I noticed that the profile of the upper and the profile of the lower do not match, leaving a land where the lower protrudes farther than the lip of the upper, making the two look somewhat mismatched. I am almost certain that this has no functional adverse effects, and you can you can confirm this, but I would like to discuss your experience with the fit and finish, and if you have any thoughts about whether you would have used a different upper or lower. I really appreciate your response, and hopefully I can contribute to your current or future builds. Thanks!

Hi all, I am new to 308ar.com, but not new to 308 ARs. I own an R25 (DPMS gen 1), that is heavy but shoots nice. My current builds are a Tennessee Arms lower / Aeroprecision upper SPR 308 AR, that will be the focus of a lot of my posts, and a suppressed 300 AAC Blackout SBR. In 5.56 land, I have fun with a Bravo Company SBR, and a Tennessee Arms SPR.

I learned about 308ar.com from a Podcast...AR15 podcast, I believe.

I have assembled a couple of 5.56 ARs so I am trying my hand at a .308 AR. Currently a gen 1 DPMS owner, and I am looking at a new gen 2 hunter for next year. I look forward to some discussion and great pictures.
