  4. Thanks. No, everything is stock, no modifications. Have ran a couple boxes of Federal Gold Medal 308 Win Ammo 175 Grain Sierra MatchKing Hollow Point with no issues. I love the stock but liked it better after I removed some of the spacers and got it to a more comfortable LOP. But I'm a Magpul freak. Love just about everything they put out. Plus I really admire them for uprooting from Colorado and moving to Wyoming. Took guts...
  5. Thanks. Did not know that Magpul was adding a bipod. Love me some Magpul. Looks like they are available now... At Magpul and other sites... ? https://www.magpul.com/featured/bipod
  6. Remington 700 SPS Tactical AAC-SD, Bolt Action, .308 Winchester with a 20" Barrel. The stock is a Magpul Hunter 700 Stock – Remington® 700 Short Action. Had a knob added to the bolt and had the bolt fluted. A Fat Bastard muzzle device and a Nikon Pro Staff 5 -3.5 14x40 SF scope and a Harris bipod that at the time I took this pick I had the bipod installed backwards. That has changed.
  7. Defiantly need some range time. Got a few other builds that I need to air out...
  8. Thanks, definitely don't think you're a jackass. Have already switched it around.
  9. Thanks, sounds like a plan!!! ?
  10. After so long I finally got my M5 308 built. Aero Precision upper and lower, nickle boron bcg, handguard along with the Aero M5 .308 Enhanced Lower Parts Kit. Faxon heavy 20" fluted barrel with Battle Comp muzzle device. The butt stock is a MAGPUL PRS® GEN3 Precision-Adjustable Stock, MAGPUL MIAD® GEN 1.1 Grip Kit – TYPE 2, MAGPUL RVG® - Rail Vertical Grip and Magpul MBUS® Pro Offset Sights (front & rear) The scope is a Nikon Pro Staff 4-16x42. Harris bipod. Had the scope, barrel and muzzle device Cerakoted. Now to get her to the range. .
  11. Have trying and waiting on a gem-state-armory ar-armorers-wrench now for about 5 weeks. I emailed them and was told that they would be in stock the following week. I have emailed them 3 times and called and left a message since then, No response. Was really wanting one of their wrenches and the attachments that they offer for their wrench. Wound up making a purchase through Precision Reflex, INC. Just hope their stuff is as good as Gem State. Gem State has fantastic reviews...
  12. So it looks like I can use a PRS stock with my rifle buffer. Any advantage between the carbine and rifle buffers??
  13. So to use the rifle buffer this would be the choice???

  22. Love me some Texas. Been a Cowboys fan since they entered the league. Thanks for the info. That will surely help.
  23. Bit tha bullet and back ordered a DPMS Claw 308. Not too bad, it helped to have a dealer account with them. Now to find a Armorer Wrench. With these two tools could someone point me in the direction of any other tools that are needed??? Thanks to you all, I really appreciate all of the help.
  24. Thanks so much for the Welcomes!!! Yea kinda like NASCAR, not particularly RCR. The vice blocks that I have been looking at are for a 308. Can't seem to find the DPMS one in stock. blue109 do you remember where you saw one???
