I know little about Do's & don'ts with Armalite (what models were good vs. which may not have been) but definitely trust your guy's Intel on them. If you say they're good shlt, then they're good. I'm probably gonna head over with cash Monday am, hopefully it is still there.

So the AR10 T is definitely a discontinued model? I may ask the boss to blow off 1st hour (or so) of work Monday morning & run over to LGS when they open with my boreccamera & try to check it out more thoroughly. I've heard if it has the Eagle stamped on it near the magwell, they were worth more?

Is there any way to tell the manufacturing date of the rifle? Or would that be a tricky task involving the serial # only?

Lol, greedy ole man! The Trijicon scope is at least $800, so it would be like getting the rifle itself for only $1k....... That's how im trying to justify the purchase to myself lol.
