  1. Man, your AR-10 .308 build is shaping up to be quite the project! That's a strong list of components you've got there; you're definitely not skimping on quality. The Aero Precision and Geissele parts are top-notch choices for sure. As for the gas block and gas tube, those are definitely key components you'll need. Since you're going all out on this build, you might also want to consider adding an aftermarket match-grade barrel like the ones from Dan Wesson, which you can find at US Patriot Armory. They offer a variety of options including a Dan Wesson Commander Classic that's CA compliant.
  2. Awesome to hear that you're picking up the matches again with your .308. As for ammo, it depends on the match you'll be shooting. Knowing the details will make it easier for us to recommend what might work best for you. Personally, I shoot an Accurized AR Match and usually go with 5.56, but I've also dabbled in 6 ARC and .260 Rem. It's all about pushing the limits and finding what works for you and your setup. Walker Outdoors has covered you if you're looking for reloading supplies. They have a wide range of gear and accessories, and their website (walkeroutdoors.net) has all the info you need.
  3. As for bullets, I usually stick with the Sierra MatchKing 175gr for my .308. As for sources, I usually get all of my reloading supplies and some of my factory ammo from https://midcitygunshop.com/product/44-40-winchester-ammo-for-sale/. They have great prices and a wide selection. Good luck with your matches!
  4. Hey there! Good to hear you're getting your .308 out for some matches. I personally reload all of my ammo, it saves money in the long run and you can really fine tune your loads for your specific rifle.
