If you're just looking for the hooded insert for rear sights, they definitely have them, as well as full National Match iron sight setups. Don't know if they offer it for the 308, but I'd bet it's on the website somewhere. Rock River Arms also offers excellent NM iron sight setups, but aything for the upper receiver of the LAR8 .308 isn't going to fit your DPMS LR308. Sorry.
