As the post implies, I'm from Arkansas and have been fiddling with AR pattern rifles for several years. Just now ready to take the plunge into the 308/7.62 build, and I'm digging this community! Lots of great info here. Currently researching putting together a platform based on either the SI Defense or Mega Arms upper/lower combos. Any practical experience with these (or other) platforms is appreciated so feel free to shoot me a message. I look forward to interacting with all of you!
