Appears the early versions my have been used by our special forces in the Son Tay POW camp raid in 1970. I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience(s) with these maybe? COBrien Posted June 3, 2016 Report Share Posted June 3, 2016 I've always thought they were interesting. Handled an old one at a gun show years ago and never could picture using it. Occluding the vision of my dominant eye with the sight itself kind of turned me off. Great history behind the concept, and it would be cool to put on a "retro" build, but not my cup of tea.
