Jonnyboy
I'm new to this but not new to guns. I've been around guns since I was old enough to hold them but I am completely new to ARs. I feel like I'm learning a new language. My gf bought me a lower for my birthday and I've been researching and looking at parts. I'm not sure if when I buy all of it, if it will all be compatible. Here's a little list, any help with it would be great. I saw that you could get a thermal dissipators for the JP barrels. Anyone herd anything about them? survivalshop
You can probably find a lower parts kit minus the Fire Control Group , ( Trigger system ) , since you are using the great Geissele two stage Trigger , save a few $$ . $ 740 for a barrel is up there , but if its what you want , they make good Barrels. I have two rifles with JP Hand Guards & love them , mine are not MK3's ,because they are older versions , a V-Tac on a 18" 308 & a AR 15 , I guess they would be the Modular series . Some like the JP's SCS & some have issues with it . I'm building a Billet BRO AR 15 this weekend with a Piston system & they make a very good product . Looks like a good build , you have in mind . Jonnyboy
Thank you for the advise. I wasn't quite sure on the JP scs. I just wasn't 100% sure what spring to use. Do you know what kind of a buffer tube and spring that works well for the BRO Fallout 10 lower? Cause most of this is from reading stuff online all over the place and a buddie in the Air Force. Lol.
