newbie 308 AR question interchange parts w/ ar15

I've seen numerous different websites, threads that have identified different parts that are interchangeable between the AR15 and a 308 platform.  Is there a single reputable source of interchangeable parts for DPMS style ??

 

i've got an Aero paired upper and lower DPMS style coming in, and im' trying to do inventory on my AR15 parts so I only buy parts i actually need and avoid buying a kit (since i'm going to use a different trigger and many other parts).

For that Aero, the trigger and hammer pins will work, safety will work, buffer retainer will work, mag catch will work, detents and springs will work, forward assist will work.
