Scope in way of Charge Handle, Help.

So I just got my DPMS Upper and Tactical Machining Lower together as  a Whole rifle. I added a cheap NcStar Mark 3 Scope to it as I'm now broke after the build and it was lying around doing nothing. I noticed right away that with the scope in what I think is the correct position it covers the charge handle and I can't easily get to it.

So I guess one option is to buy the Mech Armor charge handle. Besides that what else is everyone doing? Should I buy higher rings?

I purchased the Mech Armor handle. It is a high quality part and it sticks out there quite a ways, ON BOTH SIDES. Here is a link to a thread with pictures.
