I screwed up

Trying to finish a left handed Stag upper for my wife I mistakenly bought the wrong size gas block (it’s been an extended period of time and I forgot the size and instead of measuring I guessed, wrongly). I bought a KAK low pro set screw type in .750, I need a .625. Any chance someone has an extra or wants to trade? I like the one I got but it’ll be in the parts bin if I can’t trade it. No big deal but I wanted to finish this shortly. If you have one for sale I’m in for that too. Lmk, thanks guys!
