I walked in to the Tehachipi Red House BBQ just in time for the first version of "the Big Midget" sandwich! The owner and staff had just plated their new creation. Brisket pastrami hot link bacon cheese grilled onions garlic, red cole slaw and a pepperoncini on the side. I told them "That's what I want. Just put the plate down on that table." Worth the trip!
