Lr-308FUn Posted June 26, 2019 Report Posted June 26, 2019 I didn't head space my current new build, I have about 340+ rounds through it already. I have never head spaced any of my AR15 builds. I did go with DPMS profile for the build. So should I still get it checked. What gauge should I use. I had a set of gauges but it seems they came up missing, all I have is a 7.62x39 Field guage. Is there any way to check it without a guage. I am not sure if my local smith has a 308 guage since he mainly works on older combloc firearms. thanks for replies.
