AR15 Bipod Mount to Free Float Rail

Hello, I need help! How do I mount a bipod to this? My AR is just like this with the elongated ovals on the bottom of the rail. No idea what to do!

^^^  He nailed it.  That's M-LOK.  Few different ways to go - you can M-LOK a piece of picatinny rail, or just straight-mount a Mag-Pul M-LOK bipod to the rail. I have a bunch of these bipods, and they're damn good.

Another option, if you want to mount a Harris (or similar) and need a sling stud - M-LOK sling stud adapter.  I have some of these, too, and they work great:
