Sig 716i, India, DI vs Piston ?

When I read this it sounded like a good opportunity to collect some DI vs. Piston gun data. If I follow the story the Indians bought a batch of 716 piston guns and now are getting the 716i DI version.

Then I started thinking about what might be coming the way of CDNN in a few years.
