survivalshop
I was given a Christmas present a year & a half ago of a Bullet Master Chronograph by RCBS . This year it started to act up on me , well sorta , my 300BLK was running at 6K FPS , I kinda knew some thing was amiss , so contacting RCBS support , I checked the things they asked & to no avail . I sent it back at there request of repair or replacement & got a brand new one from them yesterday . Nice , I do own a lot of RCBS die sets & even one of there Green Machine progressive reloading machines from over twenty years ago.I also have there older( well over twenty years old ) lead bullet sizer/lube presses & a couple of years ago , they sent me parts for it when I broke it , at no charge .Great customer service from RCBS & just want to say so . I missed my Chrono for the week or so it was gone .
mineralman55
RCBS is good like that. They have replaced parts on my 20+ year old 4x4 for free, they've replaced a few reloading die items that broke for free as well. Great products, great service. You can't go wrong.
