Microgunner
I want to get rid of the plastic thumb hole stock I installed on my MAK-90 years ago and replace it with conventional AK wooden furniture.I'm not sure about the 922r compliance requirements so need advice on what to buy and what will fit it's stamped receiver.Thanks. planeflyer21
Hey Micro! My daughter has a BWK-47 in .223 (same gun, different importer). We replaced the wooden stock with a KVAR synthetic stock set, of Warsaw Pact length (she's short) in olive drab. All 4 parts are made in USA and count towards the part count.KVAR has a guide on their website telling you which parts are easiest to replace to make them in compliance.Everything required fitting, except the pistol grip. Go slow and take your time. The Tapco kits are supposed to be good too.Jon
