Joe55 Posted December 2, 2010 Report Share Posted December 2, 2010 Well im new to the forum and new to the .308 ar world..... I have been doing alot of research but I cant find the answer. Hers my question and I hope you can help....I am looking at the DPMS SASS 18" barrel.. I see they also offer the lk-12 18" which is very similiar but it is a rifle length gas system. Is there that big of a difference as far as function and reliability? I have another question to add, Is there any clearance issues for thr sass barrel and vtac handguard, due to the fact of the special sass gas block?
