Syrac Clamp On And Free Float Handguards

Okay, so I may have jumped the gun and got a 0.750" Syrac adjustable clamp on gas block for my 20" Bison 308 barrel. Now I'm trying to pick a handguard, and am finding my choices somewhat limited. I'd been hoping for the MI Gen2 SS when it became available, but today they informed me it wouldn't fit over any clamp on gas block. I'm disappointed, but life goes on.

 

Who has used the Syrac .750" clamp on, and what handguard did you fit over it? I'm now looking at the Troy TRX 13.8", JP 15.5" and the Apex 15". Any other non-quad free floats I missed under $250?

ive got troy trx battle rails and apex.....go for the apex...lighter better attachment to the upper...more clearance for the gas block Wash

Update: I received an email from Samson Manufacturing. Their soon to be released AR308 Evolution free float will fit the Syrac clamp-on gas block. That's great news, as it was one I was hoping to fit. They still couldn't give me a release date, so it might be a near-term pipe dream.
