unforgiven Posted December 9, 2013 Report Share Posted December 9, 2013 Building trades have a program called "helmets to hardhats".Have met guys that have come in through that program.Just need more work to put more of these guys on.They are truly a valuable asset for sure.They have honor unlike some of these backstabing motherfuckers I have run into during the economic downturn.
