Winchester 780 Supreme

Got a pound of this to try I the 300wsm. Made a small batch with Hornady 168gr bthp match projos. The load is about 95% power. I plan on testing them after the first of the year.

Anyone tried this powder ? It is a fairly slow burning with a high velocity projo.

That is a seriously slow powder, way slower than W760 which is also generally considered too slow for gas rifles. I'd be VERY careful to use it in a gas rifle. For bolt action, go for it.
