It is a scope with a built in laser rangefinder. There is a wireless button you can mount up on the forearm to activate the Rangefinder, so you do not have to move your hand at all. Then when it ranges the target, it gives you the range and it lights up one of about 10 different very small dots on the vertical crosshair. You put the lite up dot on the target and pull the trigger!!! It works too, as we did a pretty good test on it this last weekend.
