  1. Umbrella Corporation will soon come out with its billet, 45/90 compatible receivers ;)
  2. The new instruction card for the FDE kit
  3. Less expensive than buying a new set ;)
  4. We now have the 45 and 90 degree centers as stand-alone items. This is for folks that have extra left over BAD-ASS levers, now they can complete another selector by purchasing just the center, and using the levers they already have. It also provides a relatively inexpensive way to move from a 90 degree to a 45 degree, short throw selector. 90 degree BAD-ASS center: BAD-ASS 90 degree center 45 degree BAD-ASS-ST center: BAD-ASS-ST 45 degree center :)
  5. Robo, can you please change the title to "Cerakoted Selectors"? I'm too dumb to figure it out lol :) I don't think too many people are going to care, they can't see the center once it's installed, I just wanted to let folks know the reason, and it is because we're trying to save a few bucks ;)
  6. Effective immediately, Cerakoted selectors will have Cerakoted levers and screws, but Parkerized centers. We debated this internally and with Joey at War Sport, who does most of the Cerakoting on these selectors, it was decided to leave the center Parkerized. This is NOT a cost saving measure, but a step to ensure compatibility. TDP diameter of the thickest section of the selector is 0.373 -0.015, we run such tight tolerances, it's right on the money. Cerakote does add a bit of thickness to it, even a 0.002 thickness might be too much for receivers with slightly smaller selector holes. To date, Cerakoted selectors compatibility issues, specifically, its diameter being 0.002 or so larger than the host receivers, can be counted in one hand. However, with more manufacturers making AR receivers, it's virtually guaranteed a few will not be in spec, the prudent thing to do is preempt these issues once we identify it. In this case, leaving the center at TDP specs and not coating them. Once the existing stock of coated centers (not many left) is exhausted, Cerkoted selectors will ship with Parkerized centers :)
  7. We had some red ones sent to us, but we never found them in the box of FDE selectors :( All of the orange ones have been sent back to be recoated, thus they're not in stock for a while :)
  8. We got ALG ACTs in today, what items are you waiting on, unforgiven? Oh we got some new stickers too :)
  9. Lol I love the new smileys :D Call or email me any time :)
  10. Red is coming, we have some green ones too :)
  11. Blaze orange, anyone? :) Neon green to follow ;)
  12. Would be cool to have a cake that looks like one of our levers :p
  13. Especially this one :)
  14. Gents, thank you for your reviews! We do rely on your support a great deal. We would never abuse it and use it as a tool to stifle dissentions and cover up negative reviews. The two negative reviews (one for the 90 degree BAD-ASS, the other for the FDE BAD-ASS) were rather uncalled for and unjustified, one might say that with so many 5 star reviews we could afford to lose one here or there, but as with our products, we strive for perfection, and we aim to uphold our reputation on quality, as well as customer service :)
  15. We might be working on it, but it may be months :(
  16. Thanks guys! Montana308, when did you get yours? If it's in the last month or so, it's the slightly darker FDE. If so, do you mind posting a review on Brownell's, it's the fourth item fromt the top :) http://www.brownells.com/rifle-parts/receiver-amp-action-parts/safety-parts/safeties/ar-15-m16-ambidextrous-safety-selector-prod41292.aspx
  17. I'll email Joey now to see what he can do :) Do you need the complete upper with barrel and hanguard, I don't think they sell just the handguard itself..
  18. Joey is the boss man over there, I don't have any inside info though. Do ya need anything from War Sport? I can see if I can pull some strings for you ;)
  19. The lighter FDE lever on left, the slightly darker FDE selector on right. Almost impossible to tell the difference..
  20. Ernie Brae coated the FDE for us for years, the demand was such he could not coat them fast enough. We're having Joey at War Sport Inc. coat the FDE as well, these are slightly darker, but definitely not brown :( As to the customer's statement that it was coated too thick, this can happen on receivers whose selector holes are undersized, they're more sensitive to coated parts.
