  1. tnx tnx! lol robo. i got a sling and bipod already. The bipod is atlas BT10. I just got it today and its pretty nifty! it goes from 5-9" and a tad lighter and compacter than GGG. At its shortest setting, it folds JUST right, it touches the magpul AFG just a little bit. Wash, The scope is a vortex 4-16x50 sfp mounted on a bobro precision. I love how the bobro has a grey clamp lever! it matches my gray LPK stuff. is it safe to say that my build is a SASS ;D? Last foto. Only thing I'm waiting for is my SR Gold ;D
  2. sorry guys, i just have to dump the final product in the foto thread :D.
  3. hot dang! u guys got some real patience! Are they a "built to order" kind of company? because it doesnt say whether their product is in stock or not. imschur, u got me worried brah! i just checkd my credit card statement online and it doesnt show any transaction from GGG. phew! though midway already took my money lol.
  4. so last week i placed an order for a standard GGG tacticool bipod. Everyday i checked their website to see whether its been processed or not. Today i checked again but the status' remain unchanged. It's been "order recieved" for a week! A WEEK.....What a bunch of lazy wankers! So early this morning i emailed them asking to cancel my order because quite frankly, 7days to process a single piece order is just atrocious! They're just a bunch of lazy, wanking, disease infested baboons i tells ya'll, and i will NEVER EVER do business with them nor will i ever recommend them. so instead, i ordered an atlas bipod from midwayusa, got a $25 discount code, used the $25 to ship via 2day air. It should be here by the 15th or 16th according to the estimate. Donated to the NRA roundup via midwayusa for making my day. tnx for reading and sorry i wasted your time ;D
  5. this one yes? http://pact.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=58
  6. hobbo, we almost got the same optic setup :D, i almost went for the AmDef mount but the guy from RA showed me a Bobro mount and i was sold. I'm happy with my 4-16x Vortex. not powerful enough to spy on open windowed neighbours but its ok hahaha. did you get the FFP?
  7. hey guys i'm thinking of getting a dropin king of trigger; the Wilspoon TTU 2stage system VS Timney 1stage system. What would better suite me? i hear 2stage is better for precision. I've personally never shot with 2stage before http://www.rainierarms.com/?page=shop/detail&product_id=1855 http://www.rainierarms.com/?page=shop/detail&product_id=1062
  8. i didn't have to screw with the pmag. it slips in and out perfectly <thumbsup>. pMag's one of the best creations of mankind!
  9. Jgun, yip it was HELL OF A TIGHT FIT! like seriously, to get a better grip i had to use my shooting gloves so my palm wont turn in a giant callus. Check the first foto. That's the result of loading/unloading it into the magwell like 30 times using alot of force. It comes on and off like a butter now, even with just a press of the mag release. Maybe that's why c-product's cheap....? Here's my build @ 99% done(BABC and Bipod are in the mail, should arrive by Feb16th).In the mean time, this foto should suffice hehe. Couldn't have done this build without you guys pointing me to the right direction! Anyway props to RainierArms for supplying great parts! I love my mega! But this thing weights 16lb with loaded mag! probably 17 or 18lb with muzzle and bipod foto note: notice how i still hide the muzzle end? hahaha [img width=810 height=538]http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7198/6849961735_b51b2a4fb1_b.jpg
  10. i officially close my build thread! i purchased the last part i needed this afternoon :D.
  11. Sent my BattleComp back to BCE. lol ITS IN THE MAIL! Also, my GG&G bipod is making a little roadtrip from Arizona to Washington :D
  12. I just sent it back to BCE because shipping fee's hella cheaper than buying the tap, and faster turn around time too. thanks again helpful people. Knowledge about this kinds of thing's always good to have!
  13. well i must be the unluckiest guy in here. i was ready to buy the vortex 6-24x50 and guess what.... they seem to be out of stock everywhere.... opticsplanet has 30-60day lead time. Out of stock from my local sources Rainier, cabelas, adventuresports. Anyone have any other online source that has it instock and trust worthy??!? EDIT: actually, eff the 6-24x50. I'll just get the vortex 4-16x50 PST since it's in stock. I don't think i'll be doing any shooting beyond 400yards
  14. omg AAAHAHHAHAAA.... you just made my Friday even more awesomer!!!
  15. iaggree with LLarms. Look Carefully! and you're live in a state that eats adds 10% sales tax(ahemmm, dang you WA), shop online! i just found that out a few weeks ago -_-"
  16. sounds like i don't need that FFP feature then. I'll just use the extra money for a QD mount or whatevs is vortex U.S.A made(manufactured, built, assembled)?
  17. OH I DIDN'T WORD THAT SENTENCE QUITE RIGHT, sorry ahha. Im ditching the idea of buying the Valdada 9-36x.
  18. i'm ditching my 9-36x scope and sticking with a 24x max power so im looking for you people's input Is vortex Scope any good? There's Vortex Viper PST 6-24x50 for $750 and Vortex Viper PST FFP 6-24x50 for $950. How special/important is the "FFP". The other Scope i'm eyeing on now is the Trijicon Accupoint 5-20x50 TR23 for $1000. I was reading mixed reviews about this. People say Trijicon is only worth buying for their ACOG. I was told that Vortex is the best bang for buck with respectable build quality.
  19. lol 1 minute later........... i realized that i didnt remove the retaining pin LOLOLOL
  20. i second that! ummm im tryin to clean my BCG how the effin hell do i remove the cam pin???? i tried twisting it like aR15 but it won't budge loose!
  21. just got my chrome Fulton Armoury aka DPMS .308 BCG! one question.... Is the bolt and bolt carrier supposed to be a tight fit? tight fit as in you have to apply about 3 or 4 times the pressure compared to AR15 bcg just to move the bolt back and fort? tight muzzle/barrel and now tight BCG. OH and did i mention a very tight magazine fit? So tight that the mag won't pop lose when i press the mag release button. Had to pull the magazine while the gf is holding the rifle. ;D fun, i had to do this on all c-product mags i bought.
  22. so i just found this out: Rainier Arms Ultramatch barrel + BABC = bad combination RA just informed me that BABC was underthreaded, making tight and even impossible to install the BABC. Sadly they are still waiting for the tool to arrive. Would a tap and die set work to loosen up the thread on my BABC? i don't know what size tap drill to use for 5/8x24. I cant find 5/8x24 on the drill bit size :o please help me not turn this $220 metal into a paperweight
  23. nice brah, what muzzle device is that? it looks so erectedly cool. and it's ok about the camera, I'm pretty sure your kid left it there for a good reason <thumbsup>
  24. ye i agree it's not worth $200(where did you get yours for $150!). But this bipod look kind of uniquely badass in my opinion. Then again it looks kind of an airsoft accessory.... BUT then again I am attracted to this bipod lol. How about the Vertical movement? is it better more maneuverable compared to its horizantal movement?
  25. I was going to get the Tango Down Advanced Combat bipod but they are out of stock everywhere. If anyone can suggest other bipod that are sold in FDE please let me know :D what do you guys think about this Vltor modpod?? i know there's GG&G and Harris bipod but i'm not digging them as much as modpod. The only bad thing about modpod is there's no articulation especially for horizontal movement. http://www.rainierarms.com/?page=shop/detail&product_id=1059
