While at Shot Show, I had an opportunity to see some of their new stuff for 2017, and its all AWESOME! Heck, it made me want to buy new guns so that I could put their parts on it... "with same features" You can get better glass, the same magnification, and no features. When it comes to glass vs features, Ill go with glass. Because when you scope fogs or fails, those features are worthless. That's just been my experience at least.

Anybody have experience with D&H mags? I am pretty excited about them! Can't wait to put some rounds down range through these. Heck, if they do well enough, they may become my go to!

Who here is into sharp, poky things? I have been working with some offhand retention defensive knives for a little while, and I found something new that I am REALLY fond of. You guys might have seen my initial impressions videos, but at Shot I got to talk with one of the dudes behind the project! The ARK (active response kerambit) from Comprehensive fighting systems, made by Dirk Pinkerton. The design is unique in that the handle allows almost full dexterity with fingers as a unit while maintaining positive retention of the blade. Check it out!

Alright guys, you might not guess it, but I am actually not into the "look at me, I am a badass" lines of clothing. But clearly, I do love my guns. So its kinda hard finding pro gun stuff, that doesn't say "everyone look! I have hit puberty, and my balls are HUGE!" You can easily get Leupold scopes in this price range. You don't need crazy magnification unless you are shooting paper for fun. Less magnification with better glass = dead targets ;-)

Hey guys, does anyone here have experience with Double Star outside of their fixed stocks? At their booth, I really like some of what they had, they are local to me, and I know their knife guy! And their 308... it looks heavy, but I ssooooo want one! You can see that 308 lower in the thumbnail picture, you could seriously kill somebody with it! What do yall think? Whats the 308ar consensus?

Guys... an At chambered in... 410... YES! It might not be top of the line, but would you really want to pay for a top of the line AR chambered in 410? I wouldn't... I just want to get an affordable AR to decimate squirrels... Ahahahahahaahah

Alright guys, so one company that you may not be familiar with, but you have probably seen products from is Standard Manufacturing. They made the Dp12, the side by side pump shotgun. I got to shoot it, and I must say, it makes sense! It is a very cool, compact little package! Hopefully they will send me one to run through the tactical response fighting shotgun class... Anyways, the company makes some other, really, REALLY cool stuff! All made in the US of A! Check it out!
