Haha I am pretty excited. I think that it will be much easier for people to spend $30 on an ultra beefy, American made, Milspec collar, than 75 on a rifle sling. Idk why, personally, but that is the way that it is. I have dabbled in this for the last year, and I think that I finally came up with a price bracket and simple design that will make it possible

Hey guys, I am spending my new years with James Yeager, but as soon as I get back, its time for Beachin Tactical to hit it hard, and one way that I plan on doing that is by releasing a new product... actually two. Dog collars and leashes. After walking into PetSmart and seeing that Chinese made collars sell for 15-30 bucks, and leashes for the same, I realized that I could use my same Milspec webbing and metal components, as well as H&K rifle clips, to make some bad mama jamma simple collars and leashes for about the same price. Only catch is right now I only have 1" wide webbing, I will have to sell a LOT of dog stuff to invest in anything narrower. So they look best on dogs 35lbs and up due to their width. This is the same Milspec webbing that I have for my slings, so it is mildew and rot resistant, and is rated for over 1k lbs of handing weight strength. And of course I can do these collars and lanyards in any color that I have in webbing. I wont be doing paracord, or at least I don't plan to, because I want to keep the prices competitive, and as soon as I am strapping something into a jig and weaving, it gets expensive... So what do you guys think? Anybody interested in camo accessories for their buddies? I will be doing a special run here at a discount like usual to help me order some more components that I will need, and also to hook you guys up.

Beachin Tactical 7.62/39 pistol build

Your so right sketch! I built my wifes AR with you guys help, but it was 556, and I was building it for her, so it was less personal to me. It was just a light weight build. Nothing retarded, bizarre, or really special. Just light weight. This build is gonna be more my style ;-) -

I just won an auction on my next build component, a diamond head polymer front sight, for $20! So now I will just need to pick up a diamond head read, and I will have saved some pennies there. I'm gonna scavenge this build together LOL -

I honestly don't care if products come up in price due to import tariffs and bringing jobs back to America. Those jobs coming back to America will help the economy, fight inflation, and then the prices wont seem so high, while giving us a superior product. I am worried about gun control with Trump despite his seemingly on point nominations across the board, but not because of tariffs. -
Alright guys, tonight I am doing a little giveaway... The sale is over, but its time for some Christmas gifts. Just little things. I should probably start a new thread.

Springfield Armory gets into the AR market
beachmaster replied to survivalshop's topic in Firearm Industry News and Gossip
Heck, $800 and a mid length system? Sounds like something that the average Joe could buy, run, and never do anything to. Pretty cool. -

Dude, your so right. Lol I figure if I never sell this gun and I spent an extra 40 for a dust cover and forward assist, I won't look back in 20 years and think... (man... I wish I saved that extra 40), but I have often thought (man, I wish I would have spent that extra 40) -

The run about a grand, and have mid length gas right? I mean, another budget AR from a company paying attention to the details could never be a bad thing, even if it isn't really "new". With that being said, I got emails from about 25 different places that just said "Springfield Saint" with some chick with a giant rack lathered up in baby oil, and never even knew what it was all about. I started just deleting any email that had Springfield in the name because they were all the same. To see that all the commotion was about an AR that was maybe a little more refined, but still another AR was... idk, a let down? Its just eh -

Maybe if I buy all of my parts from Kak and tell them that they will get some YT footage they will cut me a deal. But probably not. Lol -

That is a smoking price. I don't doubt that the dust cover and forward assist are over rated... but it just doesn't feel right to me. Is it logical to pay extra money for that feeling? No Will I do it... yeah. But I am gonna stick to a cheap one however I go. Ill keep my eyes on slickguns ;-) -
Haha Rob you have me excited! I look forward to seeing what you think! As far as the sale goes, Ill keep it going for two more days! I had my expenses covered, I am still alive, but I would love to hook any lingering forum members up.

Bone chips sounds bad! You know what? I should just get some of that gun guy insurance, and shoulder the piss out of it, especially IF Trump is going to make any positive changes, and if the ATF cracks down on it, I bet there could be enough publicity and public support to make it work... Anways... screw the ATF. -

OpticsPlanet says that they expect the product to ship in 15-28 days. Do you think that that is just wishful thinking? I hope not... its kinda an important part of this build... lol -
Beachin Tactical 7.62/39 pistol build
beachmaster replied to beachmaster's topic in General Discussion
Wash, no lapel pins or patches lol I like the kak blade for some reasons, and the Sig brace for some reasons, but there are things that I don't like about both as well. Kak Blade- I like the profile, look, and weight of it. I don't really like that it uses a set screw and isn't adjustable on the fly, you know, for when I want a longer brace. it is also thin, which is less than ideal for when I want a longer brace. Sig Brace- I like that it is wider, which is better for when I want a longer brace, but it's heavy and imho ugly as Whoopy Goldberg. And not adjustable. SB pdw brace- actual viable option for multiple style of shooting, adjustable, shorter buffer tube so it can be Super compact, and it doesn't look like Whoopy Goldberg. It looks awesome in fact imho Downside is that it won't be good for a cheek weld. and it's flippin expensive. -
Hey guys, I thought that I might start a little build page. My first components are a Kak Industries 8" value line barrel, and bolt. I like the barrel because of the nice light profile, and I like that Kak uses a machined extractor, and the bolt doesn't require a lengthened firing pin. Both barrel and bolt are Melonite treated, which I love. What really got me motivated for a "pistol" build is the new pdw pistol brace. http://www.opticsplanet.com/sb-tactical-sb-pdw-pistol-stabilizing-brace.html In my mind, it gave me the ability to have an incredibly compact setup to keep in a bag whenever amd wherever, and it gives me flexibility. Anyways, my first thought was 458 socom, but 7.62/39 does well in short barrels, gives me capacity potential, and most importantly, I can afford to shoot it! Anyways, there ya go, this build will give me some playtime with a completely different firearms platform for my slings, and I am gonna DO IT TO IT! I'll keep yall in the loop!

Shoot steel case 7.62/39, reload, repeat. If you keep your eye out for 22, and it can be found at good prices still. It'll go back down in price when people stop buying it at stupid prices.

Upper Receiver Choices standard ar15
beachmaster replied to beachmaster's topic in General Discussion
Yeah, the $ was the main reason for my decision for the /39. I wanted a hard hitting pistol. The 458 would DEFINATELY be a hard hitter, but this thought popped into my head... "/39 would hit pretty hard, and performs well from a short barrel... and is CHEAP" And that was the end of my decision making. it was a virus in my head after that. I figured even if the /39 was harder to get running right, I could afford to shoot the thing all day to figure it out. If a 458 wasn't running right i would have a hard time pulling the trigger enough to get it figured out and running. But the 458 still draws me... 45/70 in an ar... *drool -

Sketch, a 458 pistol was my original plan! I just decided that for what I want /39 would be a bit better. BUT! That is gonna be a sweet build! I know that PSA has a lot of good deals, but I am going to try to all together avoid them, forever, because I don't like them.
