How much should I pay for a newDPMS LR-308 Semi Auto Sniper System (SASS)?

I have never seen a deal on the 308 SASS. I think in the neighborhood of $1800-$2100 and a long wait if you dont find one on the shelf

That is where I got mine & I love it. 

It is a bit heavy, 16+ lbs with scope & full mag, but I only use it prone.

Sure.  The scope is a Leupold Mark 4 M5 8.5-25x50mm illuminated TMR reticle.  The brake is a DPMS Miculek & it is loud but effective.

Can't remember where I got mine, but it was about $1780 delivered, with no credit card fee. I have a Bennie Cooley comp on mine instead of the Miculek. There are heavy as a sumbitch but it will shoot very tight groups (1" or less) if I do my part, which is impressive to me with any semi auto.

See one at gunshow in Pa.  2 weeks ago... Mini SASS and LRT SASS...$1695 and $1995 respectively ....just finished building a Mini SASS myself and wound up with a little under $1300 in it.. I would think you'd save a little building an LRT yourself also....(I'd pay a little extra to do it myself anyhow..but that's me..)if you have the means to do it...That way your not paying for any features you might not like or want to change.I went with Magpul grip, sights, BCM charging handle, Rock River trigger and PWS brake ...
