Trying to understand Zillow and home buying

One thing I have learned after buying 2 homes is home inspectors suck balls.Been fucked twice both were roof issues.This last one 3 registers weren'y even hookedup,but this was right before knee rplacement and I could go down to the crawl space to check ductwork.Get a guy for each specific area : roofer,plumber,electrician,HVAC and carpenter should cover all the bases.Look at the elevation around the house to anticipate rain/flood issues.Not many take this into account.Another idea is to tour the area during the day then at night to get a feel of things.Just my 2 mags.
