SWshooter
I would do a lot of shopping around for parts, Brownells is not the most economical source. If your not in a rush you can save a lot of money buying stuff used and on sale.
imschur
or shop from Brownells because they charge more to enable supporting sites like this <thumbsup>
98Z5V
SASS BarrelSASS gas blockI'm definitely happy that you combined those two parts together on your upper build. I only know of one other gas block that's compatible with that barrel, for definite. Good parts combination. <thumbsup>And, welcome aboard... ;DPardon my lack of information - Paladin Machine is the only other manufacturer that I know of that makes a compatible gas block for the DPMS SASS barrel. The Paladin Machine gas block is adjustable. Google the information on that company, and their SASS gas block, because it's hard to find right now. bgc
Thank you for the welcoming into the 308AR,I found some great information and resources on this site. I could use some help finding a brass deflector that will work on a high rail slick side. I did see Brownell’s has one for the AR-15 but I can’t tell if it would have a long enough drop or tolerate the impact of a 308 Win casing.
