planeflyer21 Posted January 8, 2016 Report Posted January 8, 2016 Some of you may be familiar with the Black Weapons Armory debacle here in Tucson: taking money, not conducting orders for money received, keeping customers' firearms for months and months on end only to return them without work done or in worse condition.The Arizona AG has filed fraud charges: https://arizonadailyindependent.com/2016/01/08/black-weapons-armory-accused-of-scamming-gun-owners/On top of the customer fraud, Rompel hosed employees by not paying them for multiple pay cycles.Spread the word. There has to be more victims out there.
blue109 Posted January 8, 2016 Report Posted January 8, 2016 Shame. Shop always had eye candy on the wall, and they seemed nice. Headspaced my old 308 and torqued the barrel nut for free.
planeflyer21 Posted January 8, 2016 Author Report Posted January 8, 2016 One of the local PD TAC teams had a rifle that wouldn't function with them for 4 months. Twice they were told it was fixed and it wasn't.My buddy Kelly told them to get it back and he would look at it. Problem: gas tube wasn't pinned in the block.They did have nice eye candy on 5th St. Never went into the Broadway location.
