Central Washington state gunsmiths?

I'm in central Washington, can anyone recommend a reputable gun smith capable of threading a barrel to install a break with out screwing up the barrel? I also want to get an old Winchester lever action repaired.  hopefully there is someone in the Columbia basin, Spokane, tri cities, Ellensburg area.  I really don't want to go over the pass to the seattle side.

There is high demand for smiths in bordertown Wa. Where im at but nun i can recomend. I try to fix myself what needs fixing? And i learn along the way.  I know some shooters in wanatchee ill see who they use?
