First go at the new regs

Only ffl class 3 dealer in my little relm has me as his guinne pig for the new atfb regs. 

He set him self up to do the fingerprinting and pasport photos? Well see if it flys or dies? 

I tried to get finger prints at the sherrifs office and was scheduled out 3 weeks? Ran into the ffl on the job and he says comon over and you will be the first go..

I missed the cut off by 2 weeks but really its nothing they dont already have me on file for?
