That upper receiver isn't going to align with any kind of triangular front sight base, to give you the look you're after.

If you purchased this rifle, right here ^^^, you would have the advantage of the free-floated handguard.  You'd sacrifice the triangular handguard look, but the trade-off is worth it.

Then, you add TWO parts, and you've got the look you're after.  I'd recommend the Armalite EA5050 detachable carry handle, but it's out of stock EVERYWHERE, and not looking good for availability.  So...  the DPMS equivalent.  Finally, add the Armalite clamp-on fixed front sight base.  Bingo. Done.
