Phantom30 Posted February 25, 2019 Author Report Share Posted February 25, 2019 So correct, my search skills must really suck, so I bought an AP carbine kit and the spring length is 11.5" with 26 twists. Installed today and the rifle functions as expected. Therefore, I have confirmed the obvious, that the DPMS LR308 carbine receiver extension kit is not compatible with the AP M5 lower and of course the AP carbine kit is. Once again you are right.
