5.56mm test bullets

Alright, I know someone in here either has or knows information to acquire some M993 and M995 projectiles.

 

I would like to get some for testing plates and effectiveness. 

 

So, other than what I found through Google at $43 a projectile.

The Black Tip.  These are gonna be HARD to find, brother, based on the shiit-show a few years ago, banning AP ammo, and the Libs/Idiots/Gun-Grabbers trying to lump M855/SS109 into that batch of regulations.  That was what - 2015? 

Finding those things is gonna be tough, IMHO.
