Need a bit of help with a ar 308 build

Hey guys so I just recently decided to have a go at making a Ar 308. So I decided to go with the aero precision m5 receivers but noticed that aero only sells the lower receiver parts without a trigger or grip, would any DPMS lower reciever parts kit work? or do I need to stick with aero precision? (I'm quite new to the whole AR thing so maybe dumb it down a bit) any help would be awesome

Aero precision uses dpms pattern parts

make sure you get the right parts not all parts for large frame ar are compatible with each other

Nothing wrong with Aero LPK they are on sale from time to time.
