6.5 creed failure to feed

I am having some issues with a new 6.5 creed build.I'll start with parts,Wilson Combat 24" barrel,.080 gas port,Toolcraft 6.5 double ejector small pin BCG,billet upper and lower,SLR adjustable .836 gas block,15.5" gas tube,rifle length buffer tube,9 11/16 depth,5.4 oz,5.303 length buffer,initial 12 1/2" .078 wire spring,Triggertech Diamond. Initially test fired with AR15 rifle length gas tube,wouldn't cycle,had to run gas block open,also mangled a few rounds feeding,single loaded from there,very accurate.Did some research on this site,found post on extended gas tube.Installed 15.5 tube tonight and re-tested.Was loading 4 rounds at a time,chambers 1st round ok,will fire then either fire or fail to chamber ,the 2nd or 3rd rounds,then the 4th feeds and fires ok??repeated several times?Initial gas block was 7 clicks out,ended up open,the bolt locks back after last round,and is locking on bolt face not carrier.BCG seems to slide into battery fairly easy and smooth (with upper open by hand)Headspace seems ok (I don't have .308 gauges),spent case heads show no damage,primer strike looks good,mild scratching on case wall,ejects all brass in 3ft circle,140 gr S&B (only thing local shop had,other ammo on order) was used in testing,several P-mags tested,same issue.I do have a 12 3/4".078 wire spring to try,but wanted to test the longer tube first.I have built over a dozen AR15's,of various calibers without issues,but the 6.5 obviously is a different animal?? I know I am the king of the run-on sentence,but wanted to give as much info as possible,any help would be appreciated.

I didn't see the manufacturer of your upper and lower, can you provide that as well?

Replace that recoil spring with an Armalite EA-1095.  Let's see what happens.  Gas block WIDE OPEN.  It stays wide open, until you get this gun running.

Get online, and buy some Federal Gold Medal Match ammo.  Sounds expensive, but don't fuk around with any other ammo that could be lower powered.  If the FGMM doesn't run your gun, then we seriously need to figure it out - but we have a baseline, in figuring it out.

Go get busy, and rip the Intro Section up - tell us about yourself...

^6.5 creedmore  uses 6.5 creedmore headspace guages.  They are specific to that cartridge.  Not like 308, which can be used for .243, 260 rem, 338 federal, etc.  Also, cases, or live ctgs do not work  well as headspace guages.  New cases are all a little short,so as to fit in all chambers.  ,in. or max.

It's pretty damn good to see you post again. You have no idea how many times, especially in the last couple months - that you haven't had a PM asking what's up.  I've been triggered, talking about other people here, any you come to mind. Just a quick reply while on my lunch break, EA-1095 spring on the way (even though the 12 3/4" spring is supposed to be equivalent?),I already have some Sig elite match 140 OTM,and Hornady 129 SP on the way,but can always try the Federal.I will try to post some pics of the receivers tonight.Someone else on this site recommended to shim (Quarters) the buffer depth to limit travel?,Iv'e done it on PCC's,is it needed on a 6.5?Thanks for the quick support!!
