Interchangeability with Rock River LAR 8

Does anyone know what other manufactures make a .308 upper that will fit on a Rock River LAR 8 upper?  I'm trying to make a suppressed subsonic .308 upper and am looking for an upper that won't cost me $900 to start with.

Well...that was easy!  ;D

What RRA do you have now?  Just a lower?

Myself and a couple of others here have the Operator by RRA.  With the SEI flash hider, you can get one of the SEI sound suppressors.

Another option you have (if you have the upper already) is to remove the flash hider that is on there (or thread an unthreaded barrel) and get what you want to put on there.

The old style bushmaster uppers will fit, but good luck finding one of those off the gun.
